MANAGER
In his role, the manager temporarily manages the operation or steers a change project in the company. In addition to sound technical knowledge, he or she has social and leadership skills in this role. The manager is strong in organisation and has accumulated a large mountain of people skills over the years.
In their interim function, managers and leaders provide orientation, set goals, check results and coordinate cooperation. They are team-oriented and love terms like 'management by', leadership as well as leadership.

Trainer
A trainer deliberately transfers knowledge and skills to groups or individuals in an official setting. The trainer is both didactically fit and socially competent. The focus of value creation lies in the design, delivery and evaluation of training
The trainer ensures that skill goals are achieved. Training is provided for (almost) everything at all levels of the company. It starts with the operational use of a measuring device and ends with the 'most essential CEO soft skills' of the 21st century.

appraiser
The assessor evaluates the current state of the client company on a professional, technical, commercial or legal level. Ideally, he then recommends concrete measures to improve the situation. Assessors are involved either at the beginning of a project or during the project.
Despite his neutral position, it is part of the consultant's task in the project to critically point out the actual situation on the basis of the results obtained.

CONCEPT DEVELOPER
The concept developer develops the analysis, evaluates and develops models and methods for solving a customer problem. Often, they then form the basis for an internal decision, for a concrete implementation plan, or for a business element to be changed.
A concept developer has a large toolbox of methods at his disposal and specializes in one industry or business area. He is an impulse generator and change initiator.

IMPLEMENTER
The implementer is a doer. He or she turns conceived plans and concepts into reality, ultimately bringing results to the street. Some claim that this role is 'body leasing'. We speak of the 'helping hand', which relieves at the right place in the project by executing measures.
The implementer delivers. He is practice-oriented and brings both experience and know-how in the respective domain to his implementation work.
